Directions:
Cream: after cleansing the area, generously apply
the cream 1-3 times a day as needed.
Oil: Clear the problem areas well and apply a generous amount of oil.
After 3-4 minutes, rub the area with a rough towel and then apply the
cream.
Repeat up to 3 times a day.
