sunscreen increases risk of skin ccnear, the chemicals in it are not proven safe. It is better to get mild sun exposure and avoid burns and over tanning. I use powdered sun block with mica reflectors which I feel is safer, but I generally just keep exposure to a minimum. Sun exposure is extremely helpful, and everyone should get a little each week. Retinol and Vitamin K creme do help remove age spots, placenta creme is also very good. But avoiding excessive sun exposure is key.
